I LOVE food. All food. But make no mistake, I am not a foodie. I have been known to eat old ice cream, stale chips, and 6 month old Halloween candy just as enthusiastically as Brie cheese and fresh baguettes at a cafe in Paris. I just really like to eat. I am hoping to discourage my family’s McDonald’s tendencies in favor of more mindful, healthy eating. This blog will be a chronicle of that journey.
